Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Policy: All reservations are strictly non-refundable upon confirmation. Once a booking is secured, no refunds or modifications will be issued in the event of cancellation, shortened stays, or no-shows.

House Rules

Events & Gatherings: The property is intended exclusively for private relaxation. Commercial events, large gatherings, and parties are strictly prohibited.
No Pets Allowed: To maintain our pristine standards, animals of any kind are strictly forbidden on the premises.
Maximum Overnight Occupancy: Only the exact number of guests declared and registered at the time of booking are permitted to stay overnight. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed on the property during night hours.
Strict Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere inside the villa interiors. Smoking is permitted exclusively in designated outdoor spaces.

Airport Transfer Terms

Complimentary Airport Shuttle: Complimentary airport transfer is limited to one single arrival journey and one single departure journey per booking group. If members of the same group arrive or depart on different schedules, additional transfers must be arranged independently or booked as an extra service upon request.

General Conditions & Liability

Utilities & Energy Conservation: Electricity and water usage are included for standard residential use. Guests are kindly requested to turn off air conditioning units and lights when leaving rooms or exiting the villa.
Liability & Personal Belongings: Management and villa owners assume no liability for personal injuries, illness, or loss/damage of personal valuables left unattended in or around the villa. Guests are advised to use the provided safes and maintain comprehensive travel insurance.
Force Majeure & Infrastructure: The villa management cannot be held responsible for temporary disruptions in public utility services (such as municipal power outages, internet service provider downtime, or weather-related events) beyond our direct control.

Children & Safety

Children Welcome: Children of all ages are warmly welcomed at the villa. A baby cot is available upon request prior to arrival.
Child Supervision & Safety Warning: Please note that the villa is not specialized or equipped with childproofing features (such as stair safety gates or pool barriers). The infinity pool and architectural staircases pose potential safety hazards; children must be supervised by an adult at all times while on the premises. Management assumes no liability for accidents resulting from unsupervised children.
